I have lived at the Terraces for almost 6 yrs. I am always elated at the quick response to my maintenance requests even though ... there are few. My requests a few days ago required roofing repair, inside ceiling repairs and painting. The entire process from my request to completion took 3 days. The Terraces have the best maintenance staff! I especially appreciate the promptness of Dave and the professionalism of Keisha. Keisha’s work was neat and clean. She made sure my personal items were covered or moved to prevent any damage. VERY PLEASED RESIDENT
We have been residence here a little shy of four months and just beyond happy to live here. Everything about this community ... is amazing. The staff in the office continues to be the same nice and pleasant and response to you very quickly to any issues you have. after a year and a half
We have lived at the Terraces at Springford for over 1 ½ years and I am writing my first review because I just had to share ... some experiences. We had checked out at least 6 other apartment/townhouse complexes in the East Harrisburg area and chose this for a number of reasons. When we first drove through the area, we notice how well kept everything looked. Since we moved in, we have had to make a number of maintenance requests, but nothing unusual. The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful with any request or problem. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly and have been very professional. Another thing we liked about the Terraces is the ability to make changes to the interior as far as hanging items and we even were allowed to change a ceiling light fixture to one we had at our house. I have lived at the terraces for a little over a year now. It is a great community with great people. It is very peaceful ... and great if you have a dog, as there is a trail and a bark park nearby. I love it here!
I have never lived in an apartment community before. I've always managed to find off the beaten path places to live. I was ... nervous at first because of the closeness of the units but this has been the most wonderful experience! Our 3 bedroom apartment is the perfect size and we just love it. We are able to entertain our large family or our small groups of friends... all without anyone feeling like they're crowded in. Everyone is wonderful, we've got wonderful neighbors and we are excited about swimming in the pool! Kristin and the staff are kind and attentive and we couldn't be more appreciative. Many years ago, I lived at The Terraces for 4 years; moved away when my children left home I downsized and moved away, to ... put kids thru college all at the same time. (Truly bad choice)...When they graduated (thank God) I returned to the Terraces. So much happier... Clean, quiet, very pleasant staff, grounds always kept wonderful, maintenance always prompt and professional and winter snow removal "outstanding". This is the best apartment i have lived in! It is superbly ran! And very well maintained. Staff is very polite, straight ... to the point, never wasted my time, very organized. Landscaping is beautiful!! Apartment quality is nice. It is not luxury (which is what i like) but it is very well cared for. Never had any maintenance issues. Appliances were clean, all was working. People who were "flipping" my apartment prior to the move came over and asked if all was to my satisfaction and if i could recommend any improvements for the future. I couldnt think of one thing. Having a small affordable apartment yet with a garage and in a very convenient area = AWESOME! Apart from my own home which i owned, these apartments were my favorite place to live!
